Today we are welcoming the newest member in our team - Kailash Chowdary. Kailash is doing a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) here at HL Design in collaboration with LNU.
Hi Kailash! Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
I am 25-year-old, from Hyderabad (a city in southern India) now residing in Teleborg in Växjö. I spend the most of my leisure time at the gym and watching movies. I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Data Science. I interned at a startup company in Stockholm and was also a researcher at KTH University.
What is your main responsibilities here at HL Design?
I am doing a PhD at HL Design in collaboration with Linnaeus University, where I am primarily focused on researching and developing appropriate machine learning algorithms for WM3.
What do you look forward to the most at HL?
As HL Design is focusing on adopting machine learning in WM3, I am excited to assist HL Design in suggesting and developing machine learning strategies. Leaving the technical aspects aside, I am quite excited to meet all the colleagues; I hope the pandemic ends soon so that I can see the office full of people.
Do you have any hidden talent?
I can send a message without having to glance at my phone's screen. I also have a knack for remembering the names and flavours of spices.
